and glazing equipment for paper surface. After being treated by the machine, print surface

will have high glossiness with functions of anti-stain, anti-moist, anti-fading and wear-proof. Especially, the machine adopts the PLC air-knife system, and it could make the paper which over 80g/m coating easily. It is ideal equipment for the processor to promote the products' grade and create greater profit margins.

Structure Functions:

1. Sheet Cleaning Unit

1) Press the paper even Remove the remaining dust after printing

2) Dusting function, add to the evenness and smoothness after the paper is glazed

3) Adopt wet water powder remove, with two-scraper(Stress cylinder automatic adjustment)

4. UV Coating Unit

1) UV Drying Unit UV radiation makes the UV oil harden and become resistant to wear, and promote the glossiness of the paper surface; Equipment with fast cooling equipment, avoids paper curling.
